Training

MedCorp offers training for medical office staff personnel in all areas from general purpose office training, i.e. pre-visit tasks, patient check-in and follow through, claims management and account follow-up, to software specific training for the products we sell and support. Our full range of training includes accounts receivable/revenue cycle analysis and management.

MedCorp also offers training as a part of our Chart Auditing Service, that is we identify coding problems and train the physician and his staff on how to correct those problems.
