Tyler constructed the actual CON application, was instrumental in drafting the answers to the applications questions and was of great assistance in gathering and computing the statistical and financial data required for the CON. Furthermore, Tyler was invaluable to me during the contested case hearing; evaluating the strength of our opponents testimony and exhibits, as well testifying on our behalf He made an excellent witness with a strong presence and the reassuring "feel" of a thoroughly knowledgeable expert.
