Lately, there have been a number of security software products that interfere and conflict with Medisoft Products. Using such products can cause numerous issues ranging from slowness and errors up to data corruption and data loss. While MedCorp does recommend using a good anti-virus product on all machines, care must be given to choosing the correct product and properly configuring it. If you are at all unsure, please contact MedCorp for assistance in choosing the correct product. MedCorp Recommended Products:

Barely meeting the minimum requirements may affect performance. You may encounter poor performance, lag, longer load/save times, etc. 256 color display minimum supported; may limit some features, 16 bit or higher recommended. We develop and test off of the most current release of the above mentioned operating systems. Recommendations are for the most current releases.

Server Recommended Requirements (<25 users)
- Dual or Quad core processer 2.0 GHz or higher
- 4 GB RAM or better
- 32 GB Available Hard Drive Space (Minimum 5GB free on C:)
- Seperate Physical Volume P: is Required.
- Dedicated and Monitored backup solution
- 16 Bit Display supporting 1024×768 or better resolution
- DVD-ROM Drive Required (for installation)
- Battery Backup 1500VA or higher
- Gigabit Ethernet
- Active Directory Domain environment is required
- Supported Server Operating Systems:
- Windows 2003 Server – Standard/Enterprise Edition
